Pentru asta avem nevoie de: 4 cartofi nu prea mari, kaiser (cam 100 g), 2 cepe, 3-4-5 catei de usturoi, ulei de masline si cascaval/branza; reteta prezentata era cu branza Tomme, Cheddar, Gruyere sau Mozarella. Dar intrucat nu am avut, am folosit cascaval si telemea.<br />

Am pus cartofii la fiert in coaja. Intre timp am taiat ceapa ineluse, usturoiul marunt si kaiserul felii subtiri. <br />

Pentru 6 persoane am folosit 3 kg de scoici, vin alb, rosii la conserva, o ceapa mare, 6-7 catei de usturoi, piper; sare daca este cazul se pune la sfarsit (scoicile sunt putin sarate).<br />

Pe langa pieptul de pui am folosit: o ceapa, ulei de masline (2 linguri), 1 lingurita boia dulce, oregano si busuioc (cate jumatate de lingurita), un catel de usturoi, sare, piper.<br />

Eu am folosit 2 mere din categoria "frumosu' de Voinesti', 2 mere Golden, o jumatete de gutuie, cateva boabe de struguri de masa albi si negri, coaja rasa de lamaie si portocala, zahar dupa gust si un plic de zahar vanilat.<br />
Fructele se spala si se taie cuburi potrivite. Eu am curatat o parte din fructe, iar unele le-am pus cu coaja pentru a lasa vitaminele in zeama. Am procedat asa pentru a putea manca si Tudor (care are 2 ani).<br />

Punem 2l de apa intr-o oala, adaugam fructele si punem la fiert pana se inmoaie fructele. Adaugam zaharul, zaharul vanilat si coaja de lamaie si mai lasam sa clocoteasca 10 min.<br />

Am cautat pe net o reteta pentru blat; de fapt am intrat la sigur pe site-ul lui <a href="http://www.adihadean.ro/">Adi Hadean</a> ca vazusem eu mai demult pe acolo o varianta interesanta.<br />
Pentru blat: 2 cani de faina, 1 cana de apa, drojdie si un praf de sare; cica la x cani de faina se pune x/2 apa; eu am pus drojdia intr-o cantitate de lapte mai maricica si am fost nevoit sa mai daug aproape inca o cana de faina.<br />

Am zarit undeva pe net o reteta cu paste si cu ton; pe care normal, am modificat-o.<br />
Am avut o mana de ciuperci, un dovlecel, jumatate de ardei gras, o rosie, o cutie de ton bucati si niste condimente.<br />

Au stat in wok cat am taiat ciupercile si dovlecelul. Care s-au trezit amestecate si ele in acelasi wok.<br />
Am condimentat cu sare, piper, oregano, putin busuioc si un strop de lamaie si le-am mai lasat vreo 5 minute pe foc mediu.<br />

Aveam niste muschi de porc. SI m-am gandit sa-l combin eu cu ceva. A iesit bun pana la urma.<br />
Pe langa porcusor am folosit: 2 fire de ceapa verde, 1 dovlecel, 2 catei de usturoi, o rosie, putin ghimbir si condimente.<br />

Datorita faptului ca m-am gandit din timp, am avut la dispozitie cateva ore pentru a pune pieptul de pui la marinat.<br />

Dupa care l-am stropit cu putin ulei de masline si jumatate de lamaie stoarsa si l-am bagat inapoi de unde a venit; adica in frigider.<br />
Seara, cand ne-a venit foamea, am taiat repede vanata in felii subtirele, le-am dat cu sare si le-am lasat oleaca sa se odihneasca.<br />

Am modificat pe ici pe colo reteta (originalul era cu ulei de susan si alte chestii de care nu dispuneam), dar a iesit foarte buna si gustoasa.<br />

- 1 ardei gras<br />
- o ceapa (mergea mai bine o legatura de ceapa verde)<br />

Adica am folosit la gatit cam tot ce am gasit, nu ca mai era mare lucru prin el :)<br />
Am facut niste orez cu piept de pui, ciuperci, dovlecel, apio, usutroi, ceapa, ghimbir, rosii; am mai pus putin sos de chilli, sos de soia, sare, piper si cimbru.<br />
